Hey there fearless shopper, we're here to help! Here are some things to keep in mind as we get into the nitty-gritty on delivery dates:

Our inventory is limited and the gift you're eyeing may not be around for long, so pick it up now. If you don't want your gift to arrive ASAP and would prefer it to arrive later, best to select Ground Shipping option. The item will arrive in about 5-10 business days should you choose Economy or Ground Shipping.

We typically ship any order placed on our site within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. While you're checking out, we'll show you the available shipping choices along with a cost and guaranteed delivery date for each option. Be sure to check out the date shown and select the method that arrives on the date you'd like.

We guarantee our delivery date, but late deliveries still happen occasionally. If your order happens to arrive later than we promised, email us at guys@mancrates.com or send us a chat and we'll stand behind that guarantee by doing whatever we can to make things right, even if that means issuing a refund for your shipping cost.

IMPORTANT:

Weather and capacity-related issues often create delays for our carriers, particularly during the peak of the season. This is another great reason to order early, and have those gifts delivered ASAP. If some unforeseen circumstance impacts your gift, please reach out to us, we'll do our best to make things right.
Personalized items require an additional day (or two) to process. We hand etch every awesome personalized item from our site, so they do take some extra time. Unfortunately, there's no way for us to rush those orders, so order your personalized items ASAP! We recommend ordering personalized items with a minimum of 4 business days to spare to have them arrive before the big day.
Be sure to use the correct shipping address, complete with suite or apartment number if applicable, an incorrect or incomplete address will always delay delivery.
APO/FPO (armed forces address) orders can take up to 15 days for delivery

UPS Ground

Domestic Shipping; Transit times are between one to five business days, with Saturday delivery standard to most residential addresses
UPS Ground delivers to businesses and homes in all 50 states
Packages can be up to 150 lbs. and up to 108” long.

UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select

UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.® delivers to the 48 contiguous states and limited addresses in Alaska and Hawaii, UPS 2nd Day Air delivers to all 50 states and with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii and UPS 3 Day Select delivers to the 48 contiguous states
Packages can be up to 150 lbs. and up to 108” long.
It will either be two or three days, depending on which product you select.
Saturday delivery is available for UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select.

UPS Next Day Air Early and UPS Next Day Air

UPS Next Day Air® Early delivers to the 48 contiguous states and Anchorage, AK, UPS Next Day Air delivers to all 50 states, and UPS Next Day Air® Saver delivers from all 50 U.S. states to the 48 contiguous states.
Packages can be up to 150 lbs. and up to 108” long.
Next Day means next day, with Saturday delivery available for UPS Next Day Air Early and UPS Next Day Air

USPS (MILITARY ADDRESS SHIPMENTS ONLY)

Available for APO/FPO/DPO shipments (Military discount available!)

Can I select my delivery date / choose a later delivery date?

We no longer offer the service to select a future ship date. The farthest delivery date if you order today is an estimated delivery date of 5-10 business days from now, via ECONOMY or GROUND shipping option.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we’re only able to offer shipping within the 50 contiguous US states at the moment, we're also unable to ship to US territories like Puerto Rico and Guam, sorry about that!

Right now, the cost is prohibitive and the customs rules in place are tough for us to navigate. We’re currently on a majestic quest in search of cost-efficient ways to offer overseas shipping in the future. Stay tuned.

We ship our orders using UPS to all 50 states and Canada, and USPS only for APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
