What is Man Crates return policy?

All sales are final once the gift leaves the Man Crates warehouse. If your order tracking indicates your gift has been returned, or if you have a concern with the quality of your order, please reach out to us by email at guys@mancrates.com or send us a chat within 30 days upon delivery of the item. We’re happy to review any concerns you have and help with a solution.

Please note, however, that the following items are not eligible for return:

·         Food Items

·         Gift Cards

·         Personalized Items

·         Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Our customer service reps are fully trained, and ready to solve your problems quickly and efficiently as possible. 

 

 

What is Man Crates refund policy?

We're confident the gift you send will delight your recipient. Once the item is processed for shipping, cancellations or refunds will be entertained depending on the issue with the item. Should an item within the gift set arrive damaged, we'll happily replace the item at our expense. Please reach out to us by email at guys@mancrates.com or send us a chat within 30 days upon delivery of the item. We’re happy to review any concerns you have and help with a solution.

Please note, however, that Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return and/or refund.
